What happen to you if you use your smartphone 10 hours a day

This is the theory what happen to you if you use your smartphone 10 hours a day.And,we are also describing what happen to you if you are using your smartphone 1 to 10 hour a day.
If you use smartphone 1 hour
You are not always on your phone that the reason you meet interesting people on bus stop,on train and in the park etc. you enjoy spending time with family, exercises, and have lots of real life friends.You are regularly participating in outdoor activities.As all you are one of the luckiest person in the world.
If you use smartphone 2 hours
You are just similar to one hour guy but little different.you will be going to park daily for evening walk and enjoying time with your wife or husband,or cooking delicious food and possibly participating in fitness activities.Also you have less risk of eye and health problem.
If you use smartphone 3 hours
Well,this is not harmful and you just like to watch facebook walls and listening music on your phone but this is also making you missing some little things like a nice coffee with someone,relaxing on beach with your friends and good natural scene behind you.
If you use smartphone 4 hours
Congrats,you are less bored person because of your smartphone and that's a shame because when a person start feeling board he will try to finding something creative for avoiding the pain of being board and your mind though smartphone is creative thing so this will order you for using a smartphone but actually this is a entertaining device more then a creative device no one is reading biology,science or learning a new language with his smartphone but he is exactly checking whatsapp, facebook, playing games and taking salfies this is a big waste of time.Try to avoid it ,if you do not your smartphone going to control your life on next hours.
If you use smartphone 5 hours
I am sure you check your smartphone in every two hour if you use your smartphone five hour a day and also you start having an 'attention span' like a goldfish when someone send you text on  social media and if you are nervous or having difficult situation you are going to find the solution on google or trying to avoid it by using your  smartphone because that help you on giving it less attention.Now every minute you are playing candy crush, you are missing one minute of exercise,of cooking healthy meals ,of walking with your dog and of real life human interaction-all of which are important for good mental health.
If you use smartphone 6 hours
Six hours or more going to destroy your real life relationship and now your smartphone is a blackhole eating your all time and i know you are using it when you are walking in the street and you do not go 60 minutes without using your smartphone.You are in the level when people start being addictive to facebook ,tweeter and chatting.You also now have risk of back problem and stress,this risk will be increase more in next hours.
If you use smartphone 7 hours
Now your time is not in your control because your smartphone is sucking your 100% time and you are using your smartphone when you are in a bus,in a elevator,while walking and in the park.You attend less social events and meet to less real life person.You have a risk of disputed sleep thanks to your smartphone and you also have risk of car crash because sometimes you also use your smartphone in the car.
If you use smartphone 8 hours
Using your smartphone distract you way more than that you think because if you use your smartphone 8 hours or more most of the time you are doing on your device is just a waste of time and you are also using your smartphone while driving and while talking to other people this is the real reason why people give you less attention.Also now i am sure you do not go anywhere without your smartphone and you have nomophobia(the fear of being without mobile device).
                              If you use smartphone 9 hours
You are adopting a serious addection that will be destroying your life later because you are using your smartphone way more then you think.In simple words,You are hiring your smartphone to do all of your job and work and you have a great chance of having auxiety and even depression.Also now you have start suffering fitness problem and have risk of being over-weight there are many rehabilitation facilities available to deal with your addition.
If you use smartphone 10 hours
If you use your smartphone ten hours a serious addection you have and you do not know this addiction is more harmful than you think,you have a risk of radiation.Now you does not able to go without using a smartphone for 24 hours period and if you does not have smartphone,social media and other games for 24 hours period you will suffer significant mental and physical distress,panic,confusion and extreme isolation during the withdrawal period.My advice to you is think hard about the job that you want to do in your life and use a nice doctor for giving up this addiction.
